Bière brune

À la manière du thé qu’on infuse deux fois,
nous avons réinfusé le malt d’une première bière pour produire celle-ci.
La première infusion fournit une brune forte et charpentée : Sa Majesté.
La seconde donne cette petite brune légère et délicate, la Petite Ma.
4,5% Alc. Vol.

In the manner of tea that is infused twice,
we rebrewed the malt from a first beer to produce this one.
The first brew provides a strong and robust brunette: Her Majesty.
The second gives this little light and delicate brunette, the Petite Ma.

Chloé et Sylvain du Centre du Soularac ont cultivé l’orge, Solène et Charles de la Ferme du Vif ont produit les houblons.

Cette bière blonde est légèrement fleurie et désaltérante. 5,5% Alc. Vol.

Chloé and Sylvain from the Centre du Soularac grew barley, Solène and Charles from the Ferme du Vif produced hops.

Bière blanche légère

Légère en bouche et équilibrée, cette bière blanche est avant tout désaltérante et rafraîchissante. La rondeur du malt de blé accompagne délicatement les arômes floraux et doucement fruités des houblons. 4,5% Alc. Vol.

Light white beer refreshing and thirst quenching.
Spicy taste and wheat flavour.

Roucmouth

Bière ambrée légère

Une bièremouth à la robe roucmouth, avec des arômes de maltmouth et de caramelmouth. Un petit goût sucré et fruité... En bref, une véritable ambréemouth. 4% Alc. Vol.
